The registration process usually requires canine owners to complete a form stating how many dogs are in their household, breeds, ages, whether they’re spayed/neutered, etc. A certificate of vaccination (particularly rabies vaccination) is also required. This means your vet will need to give you a certificate stating the vaccination in order to submit with your registration paperwork.
