Hair Coat Of Singapura Cats

Originating from Singapore, these felines are uniquely lovable because of their innate traits and physical features. Three of the things notable about this breed are their small size (only weighing from 4 to 8 pounds), a coat that comes with a sepia hue (looking as if they are taken from a 19th-century photograph), and huge eyes and ears that do not entirely complement their size.

The coat of these felines is fine and short that is silky to the touch. The color of this coat is known as sepia agouti, which represents various hues, including dark brown on top of a color resembling warm old ivory. Each hair strand of the Singapura is made of two bands with light and dark ticks, united by a dark tip.

The Singapura appears to have the “cheetah lines” on their faces with lines going through their eyes, nose, and lips. But their nose color ranges from pale to dark salmon, and their paws are brown with a rosy shade. Though these cats are tiny, they are extremely active and muscular.
